This pixel-art was a challenge I made for a contest a while ago. The challenge was make a pixel-art with 9 colors of the Traditional colors of Japan, one color from each series.
The colors used were:
Red-Violet series: Nakabeni / Red-crimson (dye)
Red series: Kurikawacha / Chestnut-leather brown
Yellow-Red series: Fushizome / Brushwood-dyed
Yellow series: Tamago-iro / Egg-colored
Yellow Green series: Hiwamoegi / Siskin sprout yellow
Green/Blue Green series: Seiheki / Blue-green
Blue/Blue Violet series: Hanada / Light blue silk
Violet series: Ebizome / Vine grape
Achromatic series: Shironeri / Unbleached silk
Note 1: The translation for the title is "Nature in 9 colors"
Note 2: The pixel-art was double-sized from it's original size.
That's some art.
You should do more :)
Thank you =)
I'm doing something for Halloween, so until October ends there will be another one.
