A remake of one of my older pictures where Penny takes matters into her own hands and takes the fight to Doctor Claw, rather than waiting for her goofball uncle to solve anything. Original here for comparison (http://tahkyn.deviantart.com/art/Penny-Gadget-2013-386442837) I think I have improved considerably.
Critique encouraged as I desire to further improve my skills. :)
