I made this as a depiction of a revolution of sorts at its roots, the epicenter. The name derived from the music score for the Sim City 4 soundtrack (http://www.youtube.com/w atch?v=Q8HW5agFwUY) of the same name and fits the intense beginnings of a new idea.

One way you can look into this is: "We can ask ourselves if we are more of a camera that captures and lives through watching other people and are the task force, or are we broadcasting and developing an original idea?"
