Wu Zetian from the awesome novel Iron Widow by Xiran Jay Zhao—very cool worldbuilding, super intense characters and lots of fun to read ( ˙꒳˙ )
Good work with the colors and layout with her portrait! Nice use of symbolism with the butterfly wings as well.
