I really like your kind of style with this, and im not sure how, but there is something off about the arms. the use of color is pretty cool, aswell.
The glowing eyes are a bit cliche, but are still pretty badass. And im not an expert, but i think you did a good job depicting the ab muscles, but i think the chest should be a bit bigger so he doesn't look so elongated.
