My second comic.

My school, despite what they claim, is one of the richer public schools yet they refuse to spend any money. Of all the things they could've bought for us, WHY THE F*** DID THEY BUY THE DAMN FLAT SCREEN FOR THE FOYER?! They had a regular TV doing the exact same useless thing before.
