This is kind of a "What If?" scenario that involves Toshi's Surge pregnant and Ness facing Giygas (or what's left of him). And yes, this is also taking play on the infamous Fetus Theory. Toshi's fanfiction was dark enough, but this might feel just as dark (depending on how you're looking at it).
