It was a nightmare when I arrived. And because of it, I lost motivation to do things.

This one personally goes to Toshi-the-Panda-1996: I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry. I don't think I'll have the motivation to work on that story. It's just been rough for me. And the thing is, once I lose motivation for a while, I don't come back to finish what I started. I just hope to God and Jesus Christ this isn't the case for this because I REALLY want to continue and finish that story!

First off, I was with my family. They wanted me to go even though I offered to stay home and get shit done. The thing is, whenever we go on big ol' trips like these, it tends to get disastrous pretty quickly. When we got there, we thought we lost something, but apparently we didn't and we weren't looking in the right place.

Then we tried getting an Uber, and because we had no idea how it worked, we had to sit in the rain (yeah, it was rainy). Once we got that figured out, the Uber dropped us off at our rental area. We tried getting in via the padlock code, but the code was wrong! So we had to sit in the rain some more!

During that night, and when I woke up, I realized my phone wasn't charging properly for some reason. And wouldn't you know it? My phone is completely dead! (as far as I can tell). It just decided to fuck itself right then and there. Now I probably have to get a new one! But to be fair, it was one of the older models that I had for at least 4 years.

It'll take days to reboot everything I found out, so until then, I can't contact my buddies in an official capacity.

DumP0tat0, if you're seeing this, that's why I haven't been texting you. JamesNerdMan 85, you're the only one I've told you the full story by far before this gets out.

So, I think I'll be taking a break. I might post one or two things here and there, but I don't think I'll be browsing anything until I get home. Home home that is.

In other news, I found out that Bethesda literally made a DOOM top-down shooter for phones. I have mixed emotions for that, but it's kinda fun.

So yeah. Hopefully things get better. I was promised LEGO Land, so that's a plus.
