The farty yellow fat sack from Adam Phillips' Brackenwood series. I think it's called Chipelet, but I don't remember where i heard that and can't seem to find any name for it other than "fat sack." Oh well.
Done in Painter Essentials 7. I spent a lot more time on this, used more layers, and generally messed around with it a lot more than I usually do. It took a while, but I think it's my favorite drawing I've ever done.
