Caligula Minus is a Roman who appears in the very first Asterix comic book - Asterix the Gaul, and the animated film of the same name. He is dressed up in Gaulish attire and sent to infiltrate the Gaulish village with the purpose of finding out the secret of the habitants' superhuman strength. As he meets the protagonists and they ask his name, he comes up with "Caliguliminix". He manages to taste the magic potion before getting his cover blown (Asterix ripped his fake moustache off in the middle of a dance) and escaping back to his camp.

He is my 2nd favourite character in Asterix. I accept his German dub voice as headcanon. The French one is similar enough but a tad more difficult to listen to.

Also don't ask me why his tongue sticks out, no one knows and nobody in-universe questions it.
