Well, this took quite a while!

Each frame of this animated .gif was made entirely with MS Paint. Background transparency was added with the help of GIFWorks.com.

The delay between each frame is supposed to be pretty short, but the actual framerate you're seeing depends on your browser.

ENJOY THE MORPHY GOODNESS!

There's nothing particularly special about how I used MS Paint to make this; I just drew a whole bunch of shapes. Afterwards, I compiled them into an animated GIF with a separate program.

You can do a lot with a little!

Nice little ani

Some people were taking this at face value. Sure, it could have been done in Flash, but it's pixel art, finely shaped at that, and Flash isn't ideal for that. It's still surprisingly detailed and smooth, proving with the right amount of effort, Paint isn't just for inexperienced little kids who can't afford any other app.

Well said! Despite the perception that Paint is very limited, I find it to be an excellent medium with which to create pixel art. Thanks for reviewing!
