I can tell you want to be good, and that you're trying, but this looks terrible.
I'm not one to say something's bad without saying why, so I'll explain:
1. The software used looks like some freeware drawing tool like GIMP or Paint.Net
While you can do great things with these, It's near Impossible to do anything without plugins.
2. The style. Is it Minecraft Inspired? Doesn't really look good in this sort of 2D. The Legs are a few Pixels off too.
3. The Head's too big.
Again, I can see what you're trying to do, but you just aren't good enough. Remember, Practice makes perfect.

This was just for fun :P Also practice doesn't make perfect because no one is perfect. It makes progress instead.
