Photoshop puppet animated in After Effects
I gasped at loud at how adorable this is, and then he started moving at 75,000 frames a second! Cute as hell, and is a beautiful tribute to the legacy of pokemon.

Very well done, I can hardly see anything snap into place for the animation to reset.
