Podunk is a terrible villain, terrible skunk and an okay onion farmer.

His tail is smaller than a normal skunk and his stink is much more mild, so like any logical idiot, he's decided to surround himself with smelly onions to help produce the eye watering smells that he ought to be able to.

Living in the Boonies, the rundown farm lands and outskirts of any toontown, Podunk does his absolute best to be the absolute worst at being little more than a C tier character.

Try as he might, he's at best mediocre, and his folksy idiocy reduces people to tears almost as much as all the stinky food he shoves in his pockets.
