One of the commanding officers in the United Peacekeepers, she was a human Marine turned morph after a accident nearly left her for dead. however when it was discovered she had a phobia to height as it was caused by said accident she was labeled to be noncombat capable which meant she was likely going to face decommissioning which was a fate worse then death for many morphs.

Luckily Lance found her and offered her a job with the United Peacekeepers. Now a commanding major within the PMC, she has been given the nickname Mama Wolf for her habit into checking on everyone's condition and making sure everyone is safe. On the Right is Natasha, a Senior lieutenant within the United Peacekeepers and Nilia's second in command. even though she is older, she follows Nilia's orders with respect and maintains order within the company as one of their enforcers. she is also seen as a mother figure for Nilia as she takes care of her when she needs it as she was nicknamed Mama Bear.

A enforcer within the company is their security. they make sure the morphs and humans are following the rules and are treating others as equal. They will punish anyone who breaks the rules as their laws are enforced and to be taken seriously. If a morph is captured by a hostile government the enforcers will be sent out to help with rescue.

Do note that since they are a PMC and not a government, the nation is usually warned that if they don't hand over the captured morph they could face a serious military force from the company. In a sense, the companies don't have to follow U.N. policy and are not a part of any nation so if North Korea has one of their own, meaning that they can bomb a base and force them to hand them back the POW.
