Bella is part of the cold war super sonic bomber program before it was canceled. She was considered a "deviant" by her kind, a term used by morphs where they are known to refuse mating or socializing with their kind. by around 2012, she was full grown, but refused to join the U.S. Airforce as reports of conflicts caused by her nation made her grown to distrust her country she was about to serve. Instead, she joined a private military company known as United Peacekeepers, a multinational military company sent out to prevent conflicts from happening or stopping them.

She serves under Eagle Squadron as the unit's number 2. Due to her being a bomber, she focuses on airstrikes and recon. Recon can be very helpful for her as she can go about mach 3.
