Ghost Creature

This is why you don't sketch when your eyes are stinging before bed haha! Quick 20 min sketch of some ghost/dog/wolf/badger/thi ng. So yeah... had fun with the random colours :)

very good indeed you have an amazing gift ;)

Omg. I would love to see a tutorial, or at least a speed painting, of something like this. I can't even begin to understand how this was done in 20 minutes. I mean, I know it's very rough, but I really like that aspect of this. It's way more artistic than a really smoothly painted character concept would be. And the colors are just phenomenal!

JoshSummana responds:

I start with a silhoutte usually ... just of a figure... modifying it quickly with a few strokes... big brushes... the rest is just some tricks here and there which seem to speed things up. There are speed paintings on youtube if you search '8bit ego pixel vision'

you will need to teach me how to make that in a detailed tutorial video that is great for 20 min of art.
How long practices?

This is already better than most of the enemies in the MOP expansion of World of Warcraft, and you made this in 20 minutes...this is awesome. You should teach them a thing or two about creativity :P random note not related but i LOVE this! 20 minutes...that's incredible :)

JoshSummana responds:

Woah! Awesomely kind comment! :)
However the artists at WoW are pretty awesome lol :P. I don't think I am in their league. Love their artwork and characters even if I haven't played the game haha.
