It kind of reminds me of Grim from Billy And Mandy mixed with a bit of Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. Nice work.

The Winter Reaper is a more or less benign Spectator hailing from the Northern regions, targetting ne'er-do-wells during the eves of winter and cutting them down with his scythe. Often the subject of grim children's tales to get them to shape up during the holidays.
