I'm extremely happy with how this one turned out. At this point, it's probably one of my favorite pieces so far.

Keeping the color palette limited as best I could, and really working the background into their designs. Getting in a bit of that yin-yang-ness. While also having the fun little pose for each.

Funnily enough, Nue was by far the easier of the two to draw. I was worried at first about her silly wingding wings and adornments, but those were both relatively easy and fun to draw. The hard part was Shion and her blasted hair. I had to tweak with her pose and position just a bit, but the real pain in the ass was getting the flame hair to look right.

I also blame Shion, because in the process of drawing this I got covid, and then right afterwards, I got into an ATV accident. Pestilence and Poverty god is right.
