Eyeballed some photo refs for the decorated trees, but ended up making those kind of more uh. Frosted. Frosted with fondant? Type look? Also photo ref used for the branches on the sides, but I couldn't get that to match quite as well as I could've liked.
Doing the branches and xmas tree lighting took the longest because I work in a very slow, sorta-logical manner. I block-in the basic shape, cut the shape down into more specific parts starting with the spiny, needley leaves, and then the branches, and then the snowfall atop it, and finally any additional lighting... It's very slow!
