This colorful brother is Dizcourd, the Eldritch of Imbalance! Similar to Lawr, Dizcourd enjoys bringing suffering down upon the mortal species of the universe. But, unlike Lawr, his attacks are more akin to pranks that sometimes have fatal results. He could open harmless wormholes around a city, that may or may not call forth an alien beast. He could make it rain water in unusual places, but the water has a chance of being acid. It's the small things. Enjoy!
