Cool, really liking the style here, but it feels a tad overdrawn for a black and white piece. The solid blacks give some space for the eyes to rest, but extra white negative space on the demon would be welcome. The other gripe I have is that you have nailed the demon's silhouette, only to have broken it by positioning the guy between the demons arm and leg. This could be fixed by drawing the guy on the further left or right of the image, as it feels like he's not important to the composition anyway.
