All done with 90's Tech. Started work on this picture with my 1996 Toshiba Satellite 315CDT running Windows 95 in Photoshop 3.0. Tablet used is a 1998 First Generation 9x12 Wacom Intuos. Rendering became a pain on the win95 machine so I moved it over to my 1998 Toshiba Satellite 4030CDT to finish it up in Photoshop 5.5 on Windows 98. Used the Sega Genesis Color palette for the Indexed Color.
Learning a lot of limitations I have with the tech and figuring out whats possible with them. So far I can do everything I normally do with my low res work on the 98 machine given it's the same version of Photoshop I've been using on my main computer.
