very well modeled!
This is a very good model of a telescope, at least i think that is what it is. which brings me to my criticism, lighting. i have looked at all of your art and it is all very well modeled and very well textured. the only thing is all of your pieces except for the space scene and the scope scene were not very well lit. i am not sure what program you are using but i would recommend using a few more lights. also in this particular picture you have what looks like a plane that is emitting light onto the scene visible in the bottom part of the image. this is a very good way to get accurate speculars and also good lightingbut looks kind of silly in the final render so you should probably turn off the renderabilty (I think that is a word) of that plane. also if you are going for photo realism, which it looks like you are and you are doing a pretty good job you could make separate shaders for the specularity and diffuse, and have the specular shader only receive light from the plane and the diffuse shader only receive light from the scene lamps or another source, and then composite them together to make the final render. phew. well after saying all of that here are some things that i really like about this one in particular, i really like the mirror effect on the base plane. also the shadows are very well done. they are blurred but not overly so as if the light was muted by a lampshade or some such thing. also as i said before the modeling is very well done with good attention to detail and with simple but good looking textures. overall very well done.
