The portal of Erritacks is something from Kerwan mythology. Ape Tek says in his book "Ajwal ai akgol" that it was used by Erritacks to enter other worlds, in order to gather unknown materials. This eventually led to the creation or Arlandart.
So, it's basically the simian version of Pandora's box...
