i have an idea what he would say...

"your not perfect"
he implicates this because he has been rejected by the world due to his imperfections of how he looks. so in order for him to feel better he points out your flaws to make himself seem more perfect in a forced normality in society.

it's sad, but i learned this by watching a cartoon one day.

but even though he has pointed out my flaws, i would kindly say that "there is no such thing as perfection, for it does not matter how we look, speak, think, or feel, we all all equally imperfect" and i would gladly extend my hand in friendship.
