A three piece illustration of Mifune, the grandfather of the main character of my manga. Although he has a signigicant role in the story he won't appear much and is long deceased prior to the beggining of the story. He was a human adopted by the race of giants. Back in his day humans weren't considered powerful but through perseverance Mifune shattered that barrier and became the first who transcended normal human capabilities. Mifune's martial arts style consists of absorbing the souls of evil diabalos that he's defeated in battle.

In case no one caught it this guy is heavily inspired by Jinpachi from the tekken series. I felt that he didnt get much love in the game ruining a cool character design to become a cheap ugg boss character so I made Mifunes design simialr to pay some homage.
