Hey! To start this decade right, we believe Newgrounds should be ad-free for EVERYONE. For this to work, we need people who have the means to become paying supporters. For just $3 per month or $25 for the year, you can help this happen and get some nice perks!

For the month of April we have disabled ads on all E-M content. We need 51 people to reach our goal of 3,000 active supporters. If we hit that, we'll continue with a new goal in May!

Crow in the Abyss

Hoh, the Primeval Crow, Ancient Sorceress, Born from the Primordial Chaos, Slayer of Gods, Mother of 400 children, Cosmic Anarchist, Matriarch of a Godless Clan and single.

Her feathers are obsidian blades btw.

You may remember her from my animation, Cacalotl.

Shi-Gu responds:

I'll assume you meant "sequel" hahaha.
As in a direct sequel, I don't think there will be, since Cacalotl was more of an allegorical short regarding the "Crow Archetype" in my universe.
Having said that, "Codex Black", the webcomic I'm working on right now IS pretty much a sequel, as it happens in the same universe and Hoh, the Crow protagonist from Cacalotl, will also appear there (as a ghost). You can read it here: https://tapas.io/series/Codex-Black

Someday I'll work on Hoh's actual story too, since Cacalotl only covered a few parts of it, and not accurately. However, I still don't know when I'll get to do it.
