Glass Hair (speed paint)

Share

A speed paint done in photoshop. This is my fourth upload. :O I am going to par-tay with a nutella sandwich.

IF I HAD ONE.

I'll probably make a more detailed version of this later. I don't really like how it turned out though, it's kind of stiff looking.

Wow that it fantastic have you ever thought of painting canvas?
That would be very epic to see

Oh my, what an exquisite piece of art right the fuck there!
Sadly there is something odd about it that tickles me as *not perfect*.
Can´t tell what it is, but it´s there.
Dude bro dude man man dude bro, I wish I could draw, your privileges are far greater than mine, I salute you.

Sharktoof responds:

I am going to kiss you how happy that comment made me. xD I know there isn't something right with the piece, I think it might be the way I did the neck and hair. It's awkward to look at. Thank you! :D

I like the colors and reflective light on the skin. It's alright for a speed paint. Though if you do add more detail, redo the neck and shoulders, they came out quite wonky. The face is very generic and uninteresting and the head doesn't look like it's merging with the neck correctly. Don't be afraid to look at some reference and add a bit of dimension to the whole subject.

Sharktoof responds:

Thank you! I knew something looked off about the neck down. I will keep in mind what you said. :D

The hair is a bit too sharp, but it is a beautiful piece!
