This is my contest entry for a club on DeviantArt.

This idea was created due to listening too much to "2000 Meilen unterm Meer" ["2000 Miles under the Sea"] (by Subway to Sally), tons of Ice Cap Zone Remixes and the fact I needed a reason for Tikal not appearing in the first 150 issues of my comic series (so, yes, this scene is CH canon).

So, yeah, Tikal is lying in a coma, and everything Knuckles can do is praying. (what isn't too easy with those gloves!)

I actually like this pic. It turned out better than I expected.
I've returned to the two color shading (so, no highlights, but still tons of shadings ^^; ), since I can handle the highlights only on sprite like character models. Oh, well.

But I've still made a few mistakes, like for example the perspective of the bed, and the creases in the coverlet [?] which don't really look too good either (but better than I expected).
I also like the background. It looks really close to the original sprites.
Thank Flash for the blur effect, otherwise the Background would look shitty! xD;
