I already posted this picture a few months ago, but i decided to do some extensive editing to make it look a little less blurry and more like the original image it was referenced off. in my previous submission of this pic, the face was missing many similarities, but i hope it looks good now and you like it :)

Yup, I make all of them in photoshop, it has great brushes which make it feel alot like painting on a canvas
