Now this was a beautiful piece of art here, love the character but especially love the element sparkles I think some added glow on those elements would be nice this was a very nice art piece though and if you didnt make any changes its still great to see.

I like the Tail and wings, but may I mention the neck looks a bit masculine the way it connects so close to the jaw.
