My second entry for Egoraptor's Girl Chan contest.
This is the same character that is in my previous entry. I illustrated this one first simply to provide an explanation to Kotomaru's relationship with this character without words, but I felt that the picture alone didn't show the character's appearance well. This lead to the creation of the half-body illustration I did with Kotomaru looking back at him.

Once again, I will not explain who this character is. Hopefully, this notorious reference will be explanation enough.
