A fan art for Splatoon and Splatterhouse merged together in pixels. Made this entirely in Gimp.

Awesome drawing! Although I don't get all the hype from Splatoon. Guess I'll have to play it myself someday.

I'm planning to own a Wii U myself but somehow my life is cluttered of making video game fan arts. I hope I'll play this game someday.

This art piece is amazing. The colors are bright and vibrate, The line work is spot on, and the detail is just masterful. I really like this artwork and it is a great illusion to splatterhouse and splattoon. Awesome job with this one.

ScepterDPinoy responds:

Why thank you. I'll try to make each art vibrant with quality.

I love the scan lines, adds so much to the piece. You must have soo much patience.

ScepterDPinoy responds:

I usually listen to music when I'm patient making art.

Shoot, did you do this pixel by pixel? You must have god like patience...
I see a lot of artists do like speed paintings, or a making of video, have you ever done one of those? I'd like to see it, because your art to me is always very large scales, and pixel art has always mystified me as seeming like it'd be very painstaking.

ScepterDPinoy responds:

Animating in Gimp is the tedious part I've ever had...

I want to play this, but none of the buttons are working. ART?? Huh. Never would have guessed from the quality. Too high for art.

"Good graphics doesn't make a good game". I hope some of the art I created for games could make the gameplay inventive and enjoyable.
