Fan art for The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening. Made in Aseprite with 60 color palette limit in style of Seiken Densetsu 3.

I just owned this game on the 3DS (Gameboy Color version) but haven't tried the Switch version yet. This recent game got good review so far.

The 3DS version is amazing so many wonderful additions and easter eggs that are throwbacks to different zelda games. I signed up for a free 30 day trial of gamefly got the game and beat it before my trial was over. You can do the same if you have a switch. Save yourself 60 bucks. I love this tribute though really great.

I have a decent balance to purchase what I am missing out but still poor. :P

The darkness spreading... appreciate the detail level as always, and the variation, so much to look at it, though with so many different characters gathered together these do seem a bit more like scene creator type scenes than standalone compositions. Gathered together in conventional layers like they would if it were right in the game. Can't deny the detail though. Love the cloudscape, mountain and trail of tears in particular. Good stuff.

I need to play Link's Awakening.

I like you as a content creator. Mostly, I liked the Sega Genesis art you made/make. That's because I grew up with those games.

Having a game with this type of art (as the one in the picture), with great skill-based controls and the nice story is what I want right now for the sake of the old days haha!

Great stuff!

Thank you. I grew up with the Sega Genesis and N64 back in the days.
