Alien Hominid stage 3-5

Where to start...

My favorite game I owned back in late 2004 for the Gamecube during my High School Years. This game got alot of potential and reminicing that of Metal Slug and the PDA games included with the level editor. I still have the copy to play this gem on my dusted 7 year old Wii.

Since I beated the game on Hard mode (through trial and error) I pay tribute by making this artowk to honor Tom Fulp and The Behemoth's beloved game (and so is Castle Crashers another phenomenal flagship): I created the image in pixels and individual objects and character in MS Paint and transfer to GIMP, and keep the same resolution as the Neo Geo (funny how the name newground got it's name) added with scanline effects and Lens distortion in GIMP.

This took me a few days to make this and the Background is tedious.

Oh wow

Now this was really impressive stuff the alien homined charchter was good and I like the style here you added alot of elements that made this work so well so nice job here another beautiful day gone that shines with all your talent and it shows well

Ooh, this is really nice. It looks like it hopped straight out of an older video game, especially with the scan lines. Great job!

I remember that part. I haven't played Alien Hominid Hd in a while. It still is one of my faves. I might get back to replaying it, now. Did you know that because Alien Hominid takes place after Castle Crashers, the scene in Castle Crashers where Beefy Alien Hominid breaks out is the reason that you have to fight him as a boss in this game. True story. Anyways...You Kinda reminded me of some of my old favorites, Metal Slug, Alien Hominid and so forth. And this art looks great in the arcade style.

Why thanks for the interesting description.
