Yuuka Kazami is from the Touhou Project games, which are entirely made by one man named ZUN.
Touhou is awesome, there should be more of it on Newgrounds.
It's only excruciatingly cute :) Straight up, solid work. I guess it could use more elaborate shading and more detail, but considering the low rez size, this piece came out great!
