I noticed the leg thing too. Obviously on a woman they're out further, but here they're a bit too out. Other than that, I liked the texturing. Face and hair worked for this piece IMO. Definately something to develop

Legs appear to be more or less dislocated because of how low they are sitting compared to the pelvis. Right (hip?) has a random jagged spot. Abdomen looks like it is facing a different direction than the chest and head without a twist. And magic floating top.

I don't know about the legs, they look fine to me. and yes her abdomen should be facing a different direction than her chest because she's arching her back.
