Strange one

Well a starnge one here but I kind of like it and is interesting, going outside of the box is good and you have done that here so nice work and props to you on a fantastic piece here.

Im not sure I would change things up as its unique in its own way.

Should have a higher rating

This is a really cool drawing because you really let the characters have such ridiculous movements. Mario looks like his face and arm are melting. The goomba looks like some weird alternate universe version drawn by Salvador Dali! While not as surreal as him, this was great because it makes you realize how ridiculous the Mario world is. You can see the blocks in the background and now realize how they would make no sense in a world with depth. The picture just has a really dark feel to it.

I say this because it looks like everyone is just looking negatively at Mario. Their tiny little eyes have a real sort of malice to them. It seems like he took a bite out of the mushroom and is now experiencing its tricky effects. I imagine a mushroom that came from a floating block would do that. You did a good job with the shadows too.

I like this one. It somewhat reminds me of the cartoonnetwork series "Adventure Time". I love that show,so I like this picture. Eventhough some of this seems quite unorigonal.

Love it

Just wanted to let you know this has been my wallpaper for awhile, good stuff.

Unorriginal, I have to admit.

not worth making it a "zero" though.
It's great art, just please come up with a unique idea? Like it's been said before. Mario tripping on shrooms (let alone, just mario) has been done millions of times.

Rozner responds:

indeed so

so much that i've done this type of thing twice

the drawing of mario tripping out, not tripping on mushrooms
