Awesome.

For me, this immediately evokes both the Metro and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series of games. Russians, gas masks, supernatural events, and awesome.

Haha, thanks dude. I appreciate the kind words. :)

Epic!

I love it! It reminds me of the Fallout games. Mainly of the man's suit, but the secert message of how everything you hold dear, everything that you fight for, everything that has meant soleumness to you can fade in a flash of buring light. Thanks for the piece of beastness!

Instant favorite

Easily one of my favorite newground's pics, insta backround for my desktop, and i swear when i first saw this i think i pee'd a little. If it takes you to be depressed to make such beautifully amazing artwork like this i hope you never recover *just kidding, depression is a serious thing*. Please make more of these style of art. My favorite part is the smoke like effect that is almost eating away or flowing off the soldier by far.

Awesome dude, thanks for the kind words!! I'm planning on it, actually. :) I have a couple of things I'm working on right now, bu they're going to take a bit of time to complete. :P

That's pretty awesome

Love the picture in general. And my god I think it would make a fuc-ing sweet desktop picture. If you don't mind lol.

If you seriously can't remember "War Never Changes", there something wrong here... Fallout games lol. Fallout games...

Rhunyc responds:

Haha, no prob..

AND THAT'S WHERE IT WAS FROM. Thank you!

...

Really great, I feel a metaphor here but there way too many of them.
What was your motivation / inspiration?

Rhunyc responds:

Ah, my main source of inspiration was a song called "In and out of love" by Armin Van Buuren. :) However, my motivation was the mood I was feeling at the time - I was more depressed than anything.

Thanks though :)
