So here is Robo-Tank,
I know it's not perfect but I did spend a fair amount of time making this GIF,
I drew everything in paint tool sai, then animated everything in photoshop,
I just wanted to cram in as much movement as possible and I did have plans for there to be some more things moving around, blinking lights, more tank-men, ect,
but I was running out of time.

It ended up being 4.41mb and the animation is 12 frames because that's how long the background animation is,
so every different animation had to be able to loop evenly inside 12 frames,
Like the tank-man is 6 frames, so he loops twice,
most of Robo-tank like the arm, cannon, exhaust pipes and smoke are 3 frames, so they loop 4 times before the end but the lens flair and pumping hoses are 10 frames so they have a break in the loop.
