I judge a piece's success on how well it carries the quality and character of the sketch. I think the final render of the figure in this one did not quite match the initial drawing, which left me a bit disappointed. Still, I had an idea for this and I finally saw it through. There's so little time for everything now, and allocating time for art leaves many other necessities neglected. I don't like how long it took to complete this. I hope one day I'm financially secure enough that I don't have to work so much.
