Nice and soft
This is very well toned, and it makes the piece have a very soft feel to it. I actually prefer your black and white version of this... Not sure why, it's just a little crisper, and slightly more gripping.

Done on photoshop using intuos 4
I used 4 custom brushes that I made :
2 for hard and soft edges
one to mimic skin texture
and another for freckles
