Pixel Armory v3

Share

Some spriteart of various generic guns found off your typical FPS games (Like CounterStrike, Call of Duty) among a few other weapons that I picked out for fun.
Below those are the requests where my friend PickleDawg asked me to pixel what you see above.

So how closely do the sprites resemble their real life counterparts?

The work you see here is done entirely by me, by hand, with a mouse, in MS Paint (And as such took a long time to get all the details right). I do not give you or anyone else permission to distribute them, modify them, or use them in any manner.
Yes, I know it's an old file - but I finally managed to find it, and I decided to post it here to show what I can do.

Very nice

So you have some nice sprite art here, sprites are always a great addition they have come along way and you bring some nice and shiny detail to this sprite work and others so it is a "PLEASURE-TO-REVIEW" your sprite work and I enjoy your detail and energy you put into these so nice job indeed.

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
You should make it on a larger canvus.

~X~

Don't stop with this work man, you mave done a GREAT WORK here!
take the night sky!

Very nice

Only thing is the barrels on the snipers are a liiiiittle short, but over great overall, the IWI Deagle was also was weird with the top detail shaved off. For background you might want to do like a dark green, you can see the guns better, but thats pref again.

RamboFox responds:

They do come in a little too short, but that is done in that way so that they fit into the hands of the little sprited dudes at the bottom (I've had to do allot of fine-tuning).

Ah! I knew I was missing something. Fixed the Deagle error - how's it now?

Im impressed

I can see that you have put a fair amount of time to make sure this art is complete and I can say it's payed off! The detail in the work is very envious i can say.

RamboFox responds:

Yes, thanks - It's quite surprising how long it takes to put together a kit like this (It has taken me about 2 weeks so far of people suggesting weapons to me, and I have to research them and then sprite a pixel equivalent of it).
:)

Great stuff!

This stuff would be perfect for soldat! They're very accurate, only the tripods look a tad bit long compared to the rest of the gun.

RamboFox responds:

Ah, yeah - thanks :)
