Manta Mermaid

I wanted to participate in Mer-May this year, but I didn't want to make a standard Ariel-style Fish Mermaid, so I opted for a Manta Ray instead.

I posted it at like, 11pm on May 31st, but that still counts! XD

Figuring out how to make the horns and wings for different poses and angles was fun.
