LAL:CE EX4 Lord Oswald

I've been a big fan of Oswald ever since Epic Mickey was first revealed back in the early 2010's, and I would love to see him be part of the Kingdom Hearts universe. And with the introduction of Quadratum and Unreality, I think this would be the perfect time to bring him into the series.
In my head-cannon, he could serve as not only the "King Mickey" for Quadratum but also be both the "Donald" and "Goofy" for Yozora.
I even have a role for Ortensia being a "second-in-command" to Oswald's duties under the name "Lady Ortensia". And the Bunny Children they watch over could work and a return of the Dalmatians side quest.
