una tecnica que podría usar yo para poder hacer pixel-art sería descargar paint tool sai, y usar un lienzo pequeño con una herramienta que dice ''binary'' (esa que es la que yo se que tiene esa herramienta, no he probado otra). Aunque éste es un buen metodo
