As stated above, Specter Woman (スペクターウーマン Supekutā Ūman), also known as Specter (スペクター Supekutā) is a Robot Master that Dr. "S" created to detect and study paranormal activities anywhere. She possesses a Buster whose shots go through walls and shields, and there are blades attached to it, which she uses to slash her opponents up close, or throw them to attack from a distance (similar to Quick Man), she also can turn invisible at will and put her legs together to be able to float, and using her Special Weapon, the Ectoplasm Shot, she can shoot a big sphere of Ectoplasm that moves towards the target for a period of time.

I hope you liked my Mega Man OC (or well, FC). Specter Woman is the classic counterpart of the NetNavi SpecterWoman.EXE, my other OC! She's pretty old but ever since I created her, I never drawn her again and was almost abandoned in oblivion... until now.

I'll leave this pic of the first and only pic I've made about her, to give you an idea of how old it is, and so you can see that I used to draw like ass a few years ago. Not much is different between her previous and current design, but I felt like I didn't needed to change much, only a few things here and there.
