An older drawing of Noa from Sky Doll that I did back in 2008 when the "Lacrima Christie Collection Tome 2" came out. I was inspired by the cover, with the the saint like poses and the sweet blue BG. It was one of the first really god photoshop drawings I had ever done. The line work was done in pencil, scanned and edited in photoshop, then coloured.

Noa is my favorite comic character of all time, she is amazing, and amazingly human. Seriously if you haven't read Sky Doll....GO GET IT NOW! Marvel translated the first three books and has it in one pretty package so you have no excuse!!!

Lovin' it

I love the colors on this and I've favored you previous art :)
On a critiquing note - the breasts look a little disembodied and the hips seem like they should be a bit wider since the head is so large and the focus with her beautiful, flowing hair (which I love, btw)

;)

PinkPigtails responds:

I know anatomically it isnt great, its an older one from 2008 so I have gotten better over time. But thank you for your kind words^^

Translation

Have you read the marvel print? How was the translation? The Heavy Metal translate was full of typos and just generally bad, I only have the original language and the HM versions.

PinkPigtails responds:

The marvel one is better, I have both. I still find that there is no finesse in the adaptation though, the writing is still very stiff but at least the quality is there.

actually in my collection I have the heavy metal, marvel hard bound, three marvel soft comics, tomes 1-3, two special limited editions, the 2 lacrima christie collections, and the 10th anniversary collection....oh so much money spent on sky doll __ __;
