I watched Escaflowne tonight, and the end part where Hitomi grows wings and disappears inspired me to draw this. It's a tad mature cos the figure is nekkid, but I'm sure you'll all see past that.

Those wings f**king ROCK.

I believe she can fly....

Am I the only one that can hear R.Kelly sing to it? *If I just believe it, there's nothing to it...."

Honestly, I really like it, everything looks soft and bright, simply "heavenly". The clouds and the sky almost blend so it all seems very vague and misty.

Unlike the highly artistic Sabtastic, this humble reviewer does not think the wings blend too much, but in fact I would love to seem them blend more at the outer ends to make them look even more infinite.

And I would like it even more if the girl (I guess it is a girl) had a more determined pose (I hope you understand my english), like she's about to fly away any moment.

I would have voted 11 if she had aforementioned pose, but like this I give you a 10.

Escaflowne is a good series

and this fits very well with that theme. Good work and beautifully done.

Yet complex. It's a simple beauty of art. I highly enjoy this piece.
